- Master Black Belt On Time Delivery for GE Bayer Silicones
- Made a baseline to select projects for improvement in delivery performance. Support, train and coach individuals as well as teams who are working on projects to improve the delivery performance. The service level increased with 20% and Inventory Turns stayed at the same level. Acted as an "internal" consultant.

Certified as Master Black Belt in September ´99.
- Trained and coached 50 black belts, 20 champions, 15 Master Black Belts, 20 executives and 150 green belts in DMAIC and DFSS.

- Executed several successful projects to eliminate valuable machine downtime as a production engineer. Besides doing projects I was also trouble shooting concerning quality problems.

- Supervised construction of chemical plant and became plant manager of this plant after the start-up. In this role I increased the output of this plant by 300 % via modifications and coaching of the operators in the shifts.
